This policy explains how BlueSyntex Technologies LLP (“BlueSyntex”, “we”) handles personal data when you visit our websites, use our products or contact us. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
- Account data such as your name, work email, phone number, company and billing details.
- Customer content you store in BlueSyntex products, such as contacts, employee records and emails. We process this only on your instructions.
- Usage data such as device, browser, pages visited and features used, to keep the service secure and improve it.
How we use data
We use personal data to provide and support the service, process payments, keep accounts secure, send service messages and, with your consent, send product news. We never sell personal data or use customer content for advertising.
Where data is stored
Data of Indian customers is stored in India by default. Enterprise customers may choose another region. When data is transferred abroad, we use safeguards required by applicable law.
How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Customer content is deleted 30 days after an account is closed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights and raise a grievance. Email support@bluesyntex.com and we will respond within 30 days.
