These terms form an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and BlueSyntex Technologies LLP By creating an account or using BlueSyntex products, you accept them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in Indian Rupees unless agreed otherwise. Prices exclude GST and other applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Free plans and trials
Free plans and trials are provided as-is and may be changed or limited. At the end of a trial, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan.
4. Your data
You own the content you store in BlueSyntex. You grant us only the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use BlueSyntex to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your enterprise agreement says otherwise.
